Have you noticed your jeans getting tighter?
Well it’s no wonder. Life is rather upside down with the Coronavirus: habits have changed, you don’t leave the house like before and stress is through the roof!
And regular exercise? Give me a break. It takes even more effort and planning.
This is where comfort food and alcohol come in. Where the bag of chips and caramel popcorn come in – not as a reward but just to make you feel better. And other food we know we “shouldn’t” but kind of feel hopeless with the situation and do it anyway.
